Delete Your Skibi Account

You can delete your Skibi account and all associated data at any time, using either of the methods below. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion.

Option 1: In the app

Open Skibi → Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Option 2: By email

Send an email to support@skibi.app with the subject "Delete my Skibi account", from the email address associated with your Skibi account (this is how your identity is verified). Your account will be deleted and you will receive a confirmation reply.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email address)
• All recorded activities, including full GPS tracks
• Routing and performance telemetry linked to your account
• Friend connections and any live location sharing data

All data is removed from my servers within 30 days of the deletion request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
